Don't mind me, I lie to myself
It's in my head, all made up
My Imaginary world,
designed for the kind of future I desire.
Don't mind me, I wish to myself,
That all the elements of the day
Aligns for my prosperity, the rays of sunshine
And the peaceful cold morning air.
Yet I wish for more, a loving friend
To have and to hold me,
Waking me up ev'ry morn, like its the last.
Don't mind me, I'm in denial myself
I want to be 20's at heart forever.
Young and bubbly with that girly gait,
Even when I'm wrinkled and old
And my charms are gone.
Don't mind me, I deserve the best
I never want to be at crossroads
Like a babe I want a worry free, problem free life
A directionless life is never my thing
I love my fantasies, it's my Prophecy!

Don't mind me, I lie to myself too
ReplyDeleteThat I'll be forever young
Don't mind them, they lied to me
They said age is just a number
This number could really be mean
If one sleeps and slumber
Tick tock it goes, till forever becomes never
