Woman claims Jamie foxx hit her with penis in 2002 and he's fighting back legally....

Jamie foxx was accused of slapping a woman with his penis back in Las Vegas in 2002. The accuser alleged after reporting to law enforcement last week that she and a friend were attending a party at jamie's place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex.....


She allegedly claimed that when she refused, jamie struck her in the face with his penis. She further alleged that after the assault, one of jamie's friends told her she had to get out of the house. Allison Hart of Lavely and Singer, Jamie's attorney explianed that her client emphatically denied that the incident ever occured and that this was the first time jamie became aware of the woman's absurd claims. Hart adds that jamie will be filling a report with the Las vegas police department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. Hart further revealed that the incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last sixteen years!.
