Adeniji Kazeem, the Lagos state prosecutor who is also the attorney general and commisioner for Justice, Lagos told the court that the alleged commited the offence. The defendant facing two count charge of murder was accused of killing zainab wife and daughter petra at their Bella vista tower, banana Island residence at 3:45a.m. However the 53year old dutch pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. The presiding justice Okikiolu-Ighile, ordered that the accused be remanded in custody while adjorning the case to october 8 for the trial to commence.
